1. What you get

Xeneric is a desktop app for macOS, sold as a subscription. It is delivered digitally. We don't sell or ship any physical goods, so there is no shipping address, shipping fee or courier involved.

2. How it is delivered

After you sign up or complete a purchase, you can download Xeneric right away and sign in with your account. Your access starts immediately: a new account starts its free trial at once, and a paid subscription is active as soon as the payment goes through.

3. If something goes wrong

If you can't download Xeneric or your account doesn't show your subscription after paying, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

4. Refunds

Refunds and cancelling are covered by our Refund Policy.
