The subscription renews automatically. If Xeneric still says “Not subscribed”, click Refresh.
Cancel#
Cancel anytime from your account page. Your subscription doesn't renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. To switch between monthly and yearly, cancel and subscribe again.
Refunds#
Your first payment comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: email [email protected] within 7 days. Renewals aren't refunded. Details are in the Refund Policy.
